This handmade clown inspired maxi skirt is playful in print and color! The skirt has a patchwork-look polka dot print with pops of lime green, white, and navy blue. The skirt seems to be from the 1960s. The maxi skirt has its original metal zipper on the side of the hip and a large white plastic button.
